Dieser Frage ging die 4c am 24.3.2023 im Zuge einer Exkursion aus dem Fach Musik nach. Das Theatermuseum lud mit seiner aktuellen Ausstellung „Austropop“ zur musikgeschichtlichen Spurensuche „made in Austria“ ein.
In einer theaterpädagogischen interaktiven Führung erkundeten die Schüler*innen die sprachlichen Manöver von Johann Nepomuk Nestroy, der strengen Zensur zu entkommen, bestaunten das 200jährige Originalkostüm, versuchten sich in einer ausdrucksstarken Pantomime zu Hits von Falco, chillten am Sofa aus dem Künstlercafé Hawelka auf der Suche nach Georg Danzers berühmt besungenen Gästen, lernten Barbette als eine der ersten Drag-queen Wiens der 1920er kennen und sinnierten über Tabus der Gegenwart.
Es folgte ein Vokabelcheck der besonderen Art: zu Zitaten aus bekannten Popsongs im Dialekt mussten die richtigen Übersetzungen in der Schriftsprache gefunden werden. Nach diesem sprachlichen Feinschliff stürzten sich die Schüler*innen mit Begeisterung in das abschließende Karaoke und verabschiedeten sich mit Udo Jürgens „Griechischer Wein“ interpretiert von einigen mutigen Stimmen der 4c BG/BRG Groß Enzersdorf.
